Shipping & Returns

All our gifts are packaged and sent from our Hoon Hay Showroom in Christchurch.

With New Zealand wide delivery options available our aim is to ensure that your gifts arrive on time.

Note these times can take longer during busy periods (Christmas, Mothers Day, Valentines Day).

North Island Delivery - $20
Allow 2 - 4 day for delivery plus extra for Rural Address
Orders must be in before 3pm New Zealand Time.

South Island Delivery
Allow 1 - 3 days for delivery plus extra for Rural Address.
Orders must be in before 3pm New Zealand Time.

Local - Sector One $10.00
Local - Sector Two $12.00
(Lyttleton, Sumner, New Brighton, Hornby, Cashmere, Lincoln)

Other South Island $15.00

All deliveries are done by courier unless otherwise stated. There are no guarantees of exact delivery time.

P.O. Boxes
We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Incorrect Addresses
Please check the address the delivery is going to thoroughly before submitting details. Any incorrect address will incur a redirection fee.

Hospital Deliveries
Please check with the hospital before submitting delivery details as the patient may have checked out prior to delivery. There will be a redirection fee if this has happened. We advise to deliver directly to the patient's residential address.

Note: We do not deliver Weekends unless it is within Christchurch.
